Finished Review - Josh

At the advice of my supervisor I decided to complete the review in InDesign as opposed to Publisher, and I found it a lot easier to work with. Despite having used the program at the beginning of the A2 course in July, I still didn't have much experience with it, but I'm more confident with it now. I'm very pleased with the outcome of the review, especially the copy. I implemented restricted code via references to film language and the quality of the writing and vocabulary is fairly high. I've held aspirations of writing in publications concerning film or video games for a while now, so I really reveled in the task. The layout isn't perfect, however:

•  the text isn't fully wrapped around the initial 'S' 
• the gap in the text in the 'Enjoyment' section detracts from the piece; in hindsight I should have added a little more to the comment to
•  I forgot to italicize the titles of the films I mention - Alone, Together and THX 1138 - a small gripe but nonetheless a stylistic feature in the magazine

Overall though I think I did a good job in adhering to the conventions of Little White Lies reviews.
